Looks like it’s a girls’ day out shopping. Probably a regular indulgence for them, as they do the high heeled quickstep down the high street.

I’m not sure if this street girl’s outfit is intentionally slutty, but there certainly is an illicit thrill at seeing a girl’s stocking tops in the street. Usually skirts are not so short to allow us to see the tops of stockings, which means that we’re hoping for the woman to bend over and let us see.
